Hills Football League Umpires Association

The Hills Football League Umpires Association has a proud history of supplying umpires of all 3 disciplines (Field, Boundary and Goals) to all divisions of the Hills Football League, and in recent years to the Adelaide Women's Footy League.

​

Umpiring is a great way to be paid to keep fit, and still be involved in the game ….. it’s the best seat in the house! 

​

A grade boundary umpiring provides junior footballers with the opportunity to play footy in the morning and boundary umpire A grade in the afternoon (earning between $35 - $75 per game).

​

A new initiative is for junior umpires to Field umpire u/12 modified games on a Friday night.

Training begins mid February, held every Tuesday night at 6:00pm sharp for approx. 45 – 60 minutes,at Bridgewater Oval. (note - junior footballers are exempt from regular training requirements).
